Terra Nova Developments is seeking experienced roofing subcontractors to support upcoming residential construction projects. We are looking for reliable and skilled roofing contractors with experience delivering high-quality roofing works on new-build housing developments. Scope of Works: Installation of pitched roofing systems Roof tiling and slating works Roof detailing, finishing, and associated roofing tasks Installation works to comply with project drawings, specifications, and building regulations Maintain safe working practices and meet site health and safety requirements Contractor Requirements: Proven experience working on residential new-build projects Valid CSCS cards for all site operatives Appropriate roofing skills and qualifications Public Liability Insurance Health & Safety compliance documentation Ability to provide competent labour, supervision, and complete works within agreed programme dates Project Details: Location: B33 0UB and surrounding areas Duration: Approximately 6–8 weeks (subject to programme requirements) Start Date: To be confirmed Interested contractors should provide: Company profile Previous relevant project experience Availability Pricing proposal/quotation Terra Nova Developments is looking to establish relationships with capable roofing subcontractors for ongoing residential development opportunities.
